The services that Long Riders® Magazine provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU"). Long Riders® Magazine reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice to you. The most current version of the TOU can be reviewed by clicking on the "Terms of Use" hypertext link located at the bottom of our Web pages.

SERVICE

Long Riders® Magazine provides you with access to a one-year subscription (12 issues) at a cost of $14.00 US. The subscription is available online in a PDF format. This service is for your individual personal use only.

All subscriptions in club/association names will be denied. Long Riders® Magazine provides non-internet users with one-year (12 issues) subscriptions on CD at a cost of $29.95. Each month a CD containing that months issue (PDF) is mailed to your street address. Long Riders® Magazine is not responsible and will not replace any damaged CD except within 20 days of issue date.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, products or services obtained. You may burn to a CD/DVD or comparable media for personal storage.

You may not use any material or information, including images or photographs, which are made available through the subscription in any manner that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary right of any party.

MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY

You must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You also will choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Long Riders® Magazine immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Long Riders® Magazine will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Long Riders® Magazine or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time.

Long Riders® Magazine reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as Long Riders® Magazine deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Long Riders® Magazine 's sole discretion.
